Methodology

In terms of results, we also want to be thinking about closing the gap as much as possible between insight and the action associated with that awareness. We don’t just want a dopamine hit from awareness. What is the action, however tiny, that helps wire the brain in a way that moves us towards our goals, writes over wiring we want to dismantle and create a desired outcome.
